Notice to the Market - Recomposition of the Company‘s Audit Committee


NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. ("Taesa" or "Company"), in accordance with the article 30 of CVM Instruction 480, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, on July 12, 2017, the Board of Directors approved the Audit Committee recomposition, all members with mandate until the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting to be held in 2018, as shown below:

- Paulo de Moura Ramos: Mr. Ramos is graduated in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica. Currently, he holds a position as president of Prodemge and is member of the Board of Director of Servas. He was president of Belo Horizonte City Hall - PRODABEL and member of the Boards of Directors of several companies such as: BHTRANS, Prodabel, Prodemge, Codemig and Axxiom Soluções Tecnológicas S.A. At the Company, he holds the position of full member of the Board of Directors.

- Jorge Raimundo Nahas: Graduated in Medicine, he served as General Director of Betim Regional Public Hospital from January 1997 to July 2000. He also served as Hospital Management General Coordinator of the Health Ministry and occupied the position as Secretary of Social Policies of the city of Belo Horizonte. At the Company, he holds the position of independent member of the Board of Directors.

- João Paulo Dionísio Campos: Mr. Campos holds a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal de Viçosa - Minas Gerais. He also has an MBA in Financial Management, Controlling and Audit and an MBA in Gas and Electrical Energy Businesses, both from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He has been working for Cemig since 2006, acting always in new businesses development. Currently, he serves as Chief of Corporate Control of Subsidiaries and Affiliates, Evaluation and Management in Business Development. At the Company, he holds the position of alternate member of the Board of Directors and member of the Committees of Finance, New Businesses, and Management & Human Resources.

- Onofre Perez Filho: Mr. Perez Filho graduated in Electrical Engineering and Economic Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais - PUC. He attended the Eletricity Demand Forecasting course at the International Atomic Energy Agency. From 1985 to 2002, he served as Senior Planning Engineer at CEMIG - Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais, being responsible for the supervision, control, orientation and elaboration of electricity market studies at the level of consumption, transmission, distribution, substations, regions and cities. For the last 14 years, he has provided consulting services to the consumer units of Belgo Mineira - Grupo AcelorMittal, located at Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo and São Paulo. At the Company, he holds the position of full member of the Board of Directors and member of the Committees of Finance, New Businesses, and Management & Human Resources.

- Cesar Augusto Ramirez Rojas: Currently, he is Vice President of Transporte de Energía, at ISA Colombia. He was president of CTEEP from 2009 to 2014. He held the position of Corporate Strategy Manager at ISA Colombia, responsible for the Strategic Direction of the Company. He was also the Administrative Manager at ISA Colombia, between 1998 and 2005, being responsible for Human Development, Organizational Development, Information Technology and Logistics. He occupied positions in the Boards of Directors of the following Latin American companies: Intercolombia y Transelca, CTEEP, ISA Capital de Brasil, Consorcio Transmantaro, ISA Perú, Interchile and Interconexión Colombia - Panamá. At the Company, he holds the position of alternate member of the Board of Directors and member of the Committees of Finance, New Businesses, and Management & Human Resources.

- Andrés Baracaldo Sarmiento: Mr. Baracaldo graduated in Economics from the Universidade dos Andes and Master in Business Administration from the London Business School. Prior to joining ISA, he served as Vice President and Investment Officer at Corporación Financiera Colombiana S.A., being responsible for investments in the energy sector of the Corporation. He has extensive experience in structuring and executing transactions in the energy sector. He was a member of the administrative boards of the following companies: Surtigas S.A. E.S.P., Compañía Energética de Occidente S.A.S., PromiOriente S.A. E.S.P., Mineros S.A., Comprimido del Perú (Peru), Gases del Pacífico (Peru) and Concecol. Previously, he worked in the investment bank and M&A areas of Schroder, Salomon Smith Barney, Royal Bank of Scotland (England), and Corfivalle (Colombia). At the Company, he is an alternate member of the Board of Directors and member of the Committees of Finance, New Businesses, and Management & Human Resources.

- Gustavo Carlos Marin Garat: Currently, he is Vice President of First Data Corporation (FDC). From 1993 to 2016, he served in several important positions at Citibank, as CEO at Citibank Brasil and Citibank‘s Southern Cone Regional, being responsible for all operations in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. He was also a member of the Economic and Social Development Council, of President Lula’s Advisory Board and a member of the Advisory Boards of: BM&F, Brazil Futures Exchange (before the merger with Bovespa, Brazil Stock Exchange), Thompson Reuters, INSEAD and FEBRABAN. At the Company, he holds the position of alternate member of the Board of Directors and member of the Committees of Finance, New Businesses, and Management & Human Resources.

- Hermes Jorge Chipp: During his career, Mr. Hermes Chipp held several positions in the electrical sector. From 2005 to 2016, he was General Director of the National Operator of the Electric System (ONS) and permanent member of the Committee of Monitoring of the Electric Sector (CMSE) of the Ministry of Mines and Energy. He has performed activities in International Organizations of the Electric Sector such as: President of CIER - Regional Energy Integration Commission; and President and later Vice President of the International Organization GO15. He is currently a senior researcher and consultant at the Group of Electrical Studies-GESEL at UFRJ. At the Company, he holds the position of full member of the Board of Directors and member of the New Businesses Committee.
